Montrose Location
The office is located at 802 West Alabama Street. Street parking is available along Standford Street on the corner of Stanford and West Alabama. The entrance is at the back of the house next to the employee parking lot. When you enter, look for the QR code to scan and check in, which will let your therapist know you're there. Your therapist will come out and get you at your appointment time.
